As part of my training as an artist educator, I researched the power of traditional crafts within orthopedic shoe technology, and found inspiration, innovation, and new perspectives. There is still a major misconception about what this profession really involves, and about the shoes that result from it.

For many years I have worked passionately in this field in several countries as a teacher and shoemaker. In addition, I am an expert by experience with regard to orthopedic shoes and, from these different roles, I experience how great their impact on a person’s life can be.
